Have you ever found yourself miserable from morning to night – going through the motions?

The alarm clock goes off and you feel your face drop as you let out a sigh.

You hit the alarm, get out of bed, and into the shower. Standing in the shower you realize that you must get out or there will be no hot water left for anyone else.

You don’t shave, it’s too much of a hassle, and decide it can wait another day.

Once dressed, you trudge downstairs, ignore your family because you really don’t want to talk to anyone.

You grab your coffee, get in the car, and drive to work. It’s the same at work.

Nothing excites you. A general sense of malaise permeates your life – like you are on auto-pilot.

Until one morning you wake up and cannot get out of bed.

Against your will, you force yourself out of bed to keep going through the motions because your kids are counting on you to make a living and pay the bills. And because…that’s all you know.

You undergo counseling, therapy, and medications for years.
